Complaint procedure
The complaint procedure is initiated at the customer’s request, which is submitted in writing to congresses@bonvoyage.co.rs, no later than within 5 working days of receiving the shipment. Upon receipt of the complaint, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible, while the deadline for resolving complaints is 7-14 days.
The buyer has the right to complain in case of goods delivery:
– which was not ordered
– which has expired
– which has damages that did not occur during transport
– other cases in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection
The seller assumes no responsibility for customer errors, wrongly ordered products or any other errors related to your actions when purchasing on the website.
If upon receipt of the shipment you notice that the shipment is damaged, please do not pick up such a shipment, but return it immediately, which the courier must make a record of, and inform us about it, so that we can initiate a procedure with the courier service and send you a new shipment.
The right to withdraw from the contract, the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller
The law for the case of distance sales establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered a consumer (a natural person who buys the product for his own needs, and not for performing professional activities), to withdraw from the contract within 15 days from the day the product was handed over to him. When canceling, the customer may or may not state the reason for cancellation. The customer submits the cancellation statement via the email address info@torbicak2.rs. In case of cancellation, the customer has the right to a refund or product replacement. The amount is returned to the customer upon receipt of the product after it has been established that the product has been returned undamaged, tested and in the original packaging. The cost of postage when sending the goods due to cancellation of the purchase is borne by the buyer. The customer is obliged to return the product within 14 days from the day of withdrawal, after the expiry of 14 days the product cannot be returned. When returning the goods, it is mandatory to return the goods in a correct and unused condition, in the original and undamaged packaging, and the original fiscal invoice must be attached.
Costs of returning goods and money
The costs of returning goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective, wrong or damaged item.
Refunds
In the case of a refund to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, that refund is made exclusively through the same card that was used for payment. That is, the bank will refund the funds to the account of the cardholder at our request. If the payment was made by cash on delivery or money order, the refund is made by payment to the customer’s current account in part or in full. To legal entities, the funds are returned to the business current account, partially or in full.
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as the current state-of-the-art cryptographic technology. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s website. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Bon Voyage d.o.o. is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user’s account at the seller’s request.
